The house offers a habitable floor surface of 191.70 sq.m (2,063 sq ft), on one floor with communal areas including an ecological swimming pool, shared allotments and direct access to the Fôret de Fontainebleau. The house has 8 rooms, including 4 bedrooms, 3 contemporary bathrooms and two interior and exterior parking spaces. Customisation in co-construction with the Cigue architects is possible, such as additional surface area by using the double ceiling height, a choice of kitchen, or adding a workshop on the ground floor. Barbizon village is 10 minutes on foot through the forest.
