In 1880, the architect Paul Sédille had the idea of installing the emergency staircase of the Theater du Palais Royal on the facade. Metal walkways adorned with mosaics have been classified as a historical monument since 1930. It is this facade that can be seen from the high windows of the apartment. This place with spectacular volumes and a living area of 68 m2 is structured around two spaces. On the first level an elegant living room, a dining area with an open kitchen and a laundry / storage space. By an internal staircase, one reaches the night part with a bedroom and a bathroom. Nothing is compartmentalized, the spaces communicate. An atypical, elegant and very well thought out place.
